3rd Post - USPS FOIA

 A statement of the relief is sought for this message as it is an informal FOIA request at the present time but I am pressed for time in this matter of doing my best to uncover the truth here, I already have a known FOIA request with the CIA and DNI and what is sought after here is MATTER OF PUBLIC INTEREST so again I'm apologize for being slightly informal on this matter. I need to know if my name somehow has been used/abused in any way within your systems to further uncover exactly what is happening to myself and POTENTIALLY OTHERS which is why PUBLIC INTEREST is my primary focus. The following FOIA exemptions I am challenging in full to get to the truth of matter here.

FOIA Exemption 1 (records properly classified under executive order to be kept secret in national defense or foreign policy interest). FOIA Exemption 6 (personnel, medical, and similar files the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy). FOIA Exemption 7(C) (information or records compiled for law enforcement purposes the disclosure of which would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy). FOIA Exemption 7(E) (information or records compiled for law enforcement disclosure of which would disclose techniques and procedures for law enforcement investigations or prosecutions, or would disclose guidelines for law enforcement investigations or prosecutions if such disclosure could reasonably be expected to risk circumvention of the law). Records relating to wiretap requests and information. 18 U.S.C. 2510 – 2520 this information is possible to have something, the public would be interested to know if that's a fact or not. People have the right to know how this regulation is implemented. Exemption 6 cannot be invoked to withhold from a requester information pertaining only to himself or herself (see 4-4.4). I am using this exemption because I am after information on myself, in interest of the public. The truth always comes out. Sensitivity of records measures the need to protect the confidentiality and integrity of personal and business information. The three levels in order of decreasing sensitivity are as follows: Sensitive. Business-controlled sensitive. Nonsensitive. Criticality of records measures the need for continuous availability of the records. The three levels in order of decreasing criticality are as follows: Critical. Business-controlled critical. Noncritical. Any documents that pertain to any of these confidentiality clauses should be released due to interest of the public. Microforms if used are also sought after if any exist. Postal Service regulations concerning providing records subject to legal proceedings are contained in 39 CFR 265.11–13. I am seeking the truth and a simple resolution in obtaining information this FOIA can uncover. Restrictions on Charging Fees Educational institutions (unless the records are sought for a commercial use), noncommercial scientific institutions, and representatives of the news media are not required to pay search fees. THIS IS PUBLIC INTEREST AT HEART HERE and I represent myself as a representative of the news media, just like I have with the CIA FOIA and DNI FOIA. Disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the Postal Service, and Disclosure of the information is not primarily in the commercial interest of the requester. Postal Service regulations concerning providing records subject to legal proceedings are contained in 39 CFR 265.11–13. The PUBLIC INTEREST is the PRIMARY FOCUS of this matter. I've included the OGIS already in this email for they are aware of my past FOIA requests, I would recommend consulting with them at this time. I've also CC'd the FBI due the situation and the fact public interest is the primary focus here because somehow this can't just be happening to just me and that's why I'm fighting this fight to get to the truth, I hope you understand and respect that.
